Tool input and files

JSON, JSONL, CSV, YAML, JWTs and other content pasted or opened in the tools are processed locally by your browser. The application does not transmit that content to our servers. Closing or refreshing the tab clears tool state unless your browser preserves the page itself.

Website delivery data

Like most websites, the hosting provider necessarily processes request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose failures.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising is enabled, providers such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, interaction and approximate-location information under their own policies. We do not send tool input or generated output to these services. Advertising and analytics privacy choices can vary by region and provider.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to JSON Hearth or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users can control or opt out of personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Some third-party vendors and ad networks may provide additional opt-out controls through their own sites or industry-choice tools.

Consent and regional privacy controls

Where a consent message is displayed, use its controls to manage the choices it presents. Browser privacy settings and Google My Ad Center provide additional controls. The availability of a consent message does not change how the tools process your files locally.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may rely on hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers to operate the website. Their retention practices apply to the limited website delivery or measurement data they process.

Your choices

You can block cookies, use browser privacy controls or an ad blocker, and avoid optional analytics or personalized advertising where a consent interface provides those choices. Blocking these technologies does not prevent the core local tools from working.
